The Farm Theater announced that I am the recipient of the 2026-2027 College Collaboration Project Commission! I’m thrilled to receive this award with the opportunity to write a play that will be produced by two colleges in the coming academic year, not to mention the chance to work with the lovely folks at the Farm Theater. I will spend the spring semester interviewing students from Centre College in Kentucky and University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music about how studying the past influences their plans for the future. From their answers, I will write a new play that both schools will produce over the 26-27 academic year. For a playwright to write a play that will definitely be produced is truly a gift. I am excited to start talking to students next month!
