I’m so pleased that my play “Baby Camp” has been selected as one of three plays in TheatreWorks Silicon Valley New Works Next Generation reading series at Stanford University. This play set in a dystopian near—future follows four women of a certain age at a female empowerment retreat in California where they discover that empowerment can mean different things to different people. I’ve had the good fortune to develop this play throughout the pandemic, and it’s a joy to hear a new group of artists’ approach to the play.
The reading will be held on November 17th at 7pm PST. Tickets to the reading are free, but reservations are required.
